Over Geosamen<\/h1>\n

GeoSamen is een initiatief van de wetenschap, het bedrijfsleven en de overheid. Wij werken vanuit de gedeelde visie dat de geo-sector een belangrijke bijdrage kan leveren aan het oplossen van maatschappelijke vraagstukken.<\/p>\n

De stichting \u2018Nederlands Centrum voor Geodesie en Geo-Informatica\u2019 (NCG) is platform waar wetenschappers uit de geodesie en de geo-informatica overleg voeren met vooraanstaande vertegenwoordigers van de praktijk, uit de overheid en het bedrijfsleven.<\/p>\n

GeoBusiness Nederland is de branchevereniging voor bedrijven die werken met geo-informatie. In de vereniging werken bedrijven samen met als doel geo-informatie beter te benutten, het marktvolume te vergroten en de marktwerking te bewaken. Naast deze gezamenlijke doelstelling opereren en ondernemen de bedrijven onafhankelijk van elkaar.<\/p>\n

Het ministerie van BZK heeft een co\u00f6rdinerende taak op het gebied van het geo-informatiebeleid. Om deze taak uit te voeren overlegt het ministerie met andere departementen, mede-overheden en uitvoeringsorganisaties in het Beraad voor Geo-Informatie.<\/p>\n

GeoSamen 2<\/h2>\n

Technieken als big data, kunstmatige intelligentie en digitale tweelingen bieden nieuwe mogelijkheden om maatschappelijke uitdagingen letterlijk in kaart te brengen, besluitvorming te versnellen en verbeterde uitvoering te faciliteren. Om deze mogelijkheden te kunnen benutten zijn nieuwe investeringen in de geo-informatie infrastructuur (NGII) nodig evenals een blijvende bezinning op het ethisch verantwoord gebruik van het
alsmaar groeiende aanbod van data.<\/p>\n

In GeoSamen 2<\/a> geven we onze visie op de ontwikkeling van de geosector tot 2025.<\/p>\n
